We aim to deliver all orders within 1–5 working days to most UK mainland postcodes. Once your order has been dispatched, our courier will arrange delivery within this estimated timeframe.

All deliveries are kerbside only, meaning the driver will deliver your flooring to the nearest safe and accessible point outside your property. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the goods at the time of delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postcode. For further information, please visit our Delivery Information page.

Pay the way that works best for you. With Clear Pay, you can choose to pay now, pay later, or split it over time.

We want you to be completely happy with your new flooring. If you're not satisfied with your order, or you have unopened packs left over, you can return them under our 31-day hassle-free returns policy.

Simply complete our returns form and return the unused flooring to us within 31 days of delivery. Once the goods have been received and inspected to ensure they are in their original condition, we'll process your refund in line with our returns policy.
